Demi Lovato's friends have been stressing out about her recent weight loss, according to J-14. Dem once felt the pressure to be perfect, but the real reason she's thinner is because she's just working really hard.

Demi spilled, 'I'm pretty happy with myself right now. When I overanalyze my body, I'm like, 'shut up.' Sometimes I'm not confident. I tell myself, 'Hey, I'm gonna make it through the day, and I have nothing to worry about.'

And I don't focus on my weaknesses. Even if you think that you look horrible people won't focus on that. They'll just notice she's in a good mood, let's smile with her.'

Sonny With A Chance stars Demi Lovato, Sterling Knight and Allisyn Arm stand side-by-side in one of the new cast promos just released by Disney.

The trio are joined by fellow actors Tiffany Thorton, Brandon L. Smith and Doug Brochu in the new series set to premiere on Disney Channel in the Spring of 2009. The series follows Sonny Munroe (Lovato) as she gets every girl’s dream come true by getting a starring role on a comedy sketch show, So Random!. TV veteran Nancy McKeon stars as Sonny’s mom, Connie Munroe.
